We happily welcome both appointments and walk-ins! Please check out our latest office hours on our website if you plan to stop on by.

Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer a 12-month lease term.

We encourage residents to pay rent online through the resident portal. However, we also accept payments via check if dropped off at the office or mailed.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up utilities, contact PG&E for electricity and gas. Water, trash, and sewer are billed through Conservice, and payment is due along with your rent on the 1st of each month. No setup is required for water, trash, or sewer.

You can use Xfinity/Comcast for both internet and cable services.

Our property offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, spa, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, and a dog park.

Yes, parking is available with one covered parking spot per unit at no additional charge.

We offer in-unit standard size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly, and we have a dog park on-site for your furry friends to enjoy.

Location

Our community stands out due to its prime location and newly renovated units. Features include in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and vinyl flooring throughout (except in bedrooms). Plus, our units offer more square footage compared to similar options in the area.

We are located in the Vacaville Unified School District.

The nearest grocery stores are Walmart, just across the street, Safeway 0.5 miles away, Sprouts 1 mile away, and Nugget 2 miles away. For shopping, Nut Tree Plaza and Vacaville Premium Outlets are both about 1 mile away.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.

For maintenance issues, please contact the office at (707) 207-4683. If it’s an emergency, Yardi will notify us, and we will reach you via cell phone.

You only need to be present if you specifically request to be. Otherwise, the service technician can perform the work without your presence.
